Frequently Asked Questions
We will drop you off in front of the departure hall of your choice at Amsterdam Airport. After you have landed and collected all your luggage, we will pick you up at Airport bus stop A15.
We aim to drop off, or pick up, all our passengers within 10 to 15 minutes. Are you a bit early? You’re welcome to take a seat in our Airport Indoor Parking Lounge and enjoy a delicious cup of Starbucks coffee before taking the shuttle bus to the airport terminal.
We park your car for you in a safe place in our multi-storey car park. When you return, we will fetch the car for you so it’s ready and waiting for you to drive off.
Yes, you can. Tell us that you’d like to use this service when you make your booking, at the desk or even as late as one day before you return from your trip. You can pay either per kWh at our facility or leave your charge card at Reception.
Airport Indoor Parking does not have any child seats for reasons of hygiene and safety. You can always bring along your own child seat in our bus - even if you’re not taking it with you on the flight. When we come to pick you up, we’ll bring along your child seat so that we can transfer your children back safely.
The maximum headroom is 2.50 metres, which means that taller vehicles cannot be parked at our facility.
We have a jump starter we can use to try and start the car. If you are a member of a road assistance service, we can, at your request, give them access to your car.
Don’t worry. We’ll be ready and waiting when you ring to say that you want to be picked up. If you fill out your flight numbers when you make your booking, we can follow the live flight information.
You can pay online for your booking directly using one of the following options:
- iDeal
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)
- Apple Pay
- Bancontact
You can also pay for your booking when you get here, by PIN or by credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted).
If, when you book your parking space, you opt to pay when you get here, we will still send you a payment link as well. If you haven’t paid using the payment link, you always have the option of paying when you get here.
We cannot accept payment in cash.
The parking fees depend on your flights’ departure and arrival times and dates. If you fill out the dates and times of your departure and arrival on the booking form, we can calculate the price for you.
If you have booked your parking space directly through our website, you can cancel it free of charge right up until the time you are due to bring your car to us. We will refund the entire amount.
The email confirming your booking includes a link that allows you to change the booking. Of course, please feel free to ring us or send an email at any time.
The additional costs we charge are the same as those that you would pay if you had booked your parking space for that period when you made the original booking. You just make up the difference. We do not charge any mark-ups or fines for late returns.
Don’t worry. Please just let us know and give us the number of your new return flight as soon as you know it. We will make sure your car is ready for you and we will be waiting to pick you up.
The key to your car stays in our key safe, and can only be removed by someone with the correct authorisation. The licence plate recognition camera at the exit will not permit the car to be driven out of the car park before you have checked out.
We want to make sure that you come back to find your car in the same condition it was when you left it with us.
Airport Indoor Parking has more than 40 surveillance cameras (installed both inside and outside the facility). The grounds are fenced off and the entrance is equipped with barriers. The facility is manned 24/7. Only our own staff can access the areas where the cars are parked.
We follow the guidelines issued by the RIVM, the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment.
In addition, we have installed protective partitions and shields in our buses and at the desks.

Don’t call us before you have got all of your luggage from the baggage carousel. Once you have called us, an Airport Indoor Parking shuttle bus will leave for bus stop A15 to collect you and your luggage. If our shuttle bus isn't already waiting for you, it will arrive shortly and take you to your car.
Our driver will pick up you and your luggage at bus stop A15.
Approximately eleven minutes after you call us, we will arrive at the agreed-upon spot.
Airport Indoor Parking is automatically informed when there is a change in your flight’s arrival time. It is not necessary for you to contact us about this.
As soon as you hear that your flight is cancelled, immediately contact Airport Indoor Parking at booking@airportindoorparking.nl or +31 (0)85 051 66 00. We will then discuss the situation with you, help you where possible and, of course, will pick you up when you finally arrive back at Schiphol.
