To make the last part of your return trip as easy as possible, follow the steps below to get from the airplane to your car at Airport Indoor Parking.

    Luggage belt

    Got all your luggage?

    Once you have landed at Schiphol, make your way from the plane to the baggage carousel to collect your luggage. Sometimes you might have to wait a while until you have got all your luggage. So it’s better to wait before calling to be picked up.

    Call airport indoor parking

    Call Airport Indoor Parking

    Once you have got all of your luggage from the carousel, proceed to customs and head through the sliding doors towards Schiphol Plaza and call Airport Indoor Parking. Once you have called us, a shuttle bus will leave to collect you and your luggage.

    Head to bus stop A15

    From Schiphol Plaza, follow the yellow ‘Hotel shuttles’ signs. Once you are outside, head to bus stop A15. If our shuttle bus isn't already waiting for you, it will arrive shortly.

    Board the shuttle bus

    Board our shuttle bus. Our driver will take care of your luggage, just like they did for your outbound journey. Once the doors are closed and seat belts are fastened, the shuttle bus will take you back to Airport Indoor Parking, where your car will be waiting for you.

Do you have any questions? Below, we have put together a list of the questions we are most often asked and try to answer them as clearly as possible. If you don’t see the answer to your question, don’t hesitate to call us or send us an email.

Don’t call us before you have got all of your luggage from the baggage carousel. Once you have called us, an Airport Indoor Parking shuttle bus will leave for bus stop A15 to collect you and your luggage. If our shuttle bus isn't already waiting for you, it will arrive shortly and take you to your car.

Our driver will pick up you and your luggage at bus stop A15.

Approximately eleven minutes after you call us, we will arrive at the agreed-upon spot.

Airport Indoor Parking is automatically informed when there is a change in your flight’s arrival time. It is not necessary for you to contact us about this.

As soon as you hear that your flight is cancelled, immediately contact Airport Indoor Parking at booking@airportindoorparking.nl or +31 (0)85 051 66 00. We will then discuss the situation with you, help you where possible and, of course, will pick you up when you finally arrive back at Schiphol.
